1.Breakfast

Today people are surrounded with diseases and one of the reason is their diet.People are not
aware of their eating , they east only according to taste and ignores the nutrition.
Morning Drinks
Morning drinks are the vital drinks consumed by people.Almost everyone have their morning drinks but few of them are aware about what they are drinking and why they are it.People in India mostly drinks tea in the morning , may or may not be knowing that it is harmful for their health.Most harmful things in the Indian tea are added sugar and the teal leaf itself.Any kind of drink with added sugar in it is harmful for fitness.
Now the question arises is that should you stop having morning drinks , and the answer is NO.Have some healthy drinks if you want to stay fit and healthy like herbal tea,black coffee,lukewarm lemon water and lukewarm honey water for fat loss or green tea.But remember do not add sugar in any of these drinks.Now another question arises that should we give up on sweetening . and the answer is again NO.You can add natural honey in it or some date fruit paste in it for sweetening.
Healthy Breakfast

A low fat or fat free breakfast is good option and for taste little bit of salt can be added in it as more consumption of salt can lead to water retention in the body.Eating fruits,,boiled vegetables and boiled legumes in the morning are good options for for breakfast as they are fat free easy digestible by the stomach and are full of essential nutrients and vitamins.When such healthy foods are consumed in breakfast then the person stays disease free.
Bad or Worst Breakfast options

2-Lunch
Lunch is the second important meal of the day.People doesn't bother about this meal because it is midday meal of the day.It is true that people should not worry about this meal much , but that doesn't mean that they can eat any(crappy) food in their lunch.In lunch people usually eat white rice in India(which is not so much good for health) but it can be quite acceptable . Now the problem is what to eat with those white rice ,and the answer is quite easy ,healthy cooked vegetables and legumes which means low fatty and low salty food.Eating green vegetables is always a good choice for health,but it is not possible to eat them uncooked so they should be cooked in healthy way , so cook them in healthy way before eating.If you are having a healthy lunch with full of nutrients and essential vitamins then , then you can eat more then enough food in lunch and it will not harm your body.


Dinner
Dinner is the last meal of the day.Healthy eating is necessary for good sleep.If someone east too much spicy food in dinner then their stomach will not let them sleep and if someone eats to much fatty food then it will make them fat.In night , body doesn't need so much energy as people sleeps after their dinner.People sleeps at night but their brain doesn't sleep , it produces many essential hormones for growth , so eating healthy at night can help the body to stay fit.Many people says that you should east less or very light to stay fit and avoid fatness.But they never tells you that what should you eat .If someone is eating healthy then is doesn't matter that how much they are eating , and if someone is eating unhealthy at night then a little amount of eating can make them unfit.
Reality Behind Healthy Eating
Yes,it is good to eat healthy and clean, but healthy eating is not tasty eating always as it is beyond taste and an endorsement in fit life.So, adding little bit of salt, spice and vegetable oil will not harm the health.People who are looking for long time fitness goals then clean eating is not possible for them as they can not eat only boiled food daily.So adding some tasty ingredients in them will not harm the health but always add little bit of them just for slight taste.Only people who are aiming for short time fitness goals for 1-2 month can follow such type of diet plan.
