Spicy Food Food which is made by adding spices in them is spicy food.When spices like pepper(black or red),coriander,cumin,cinnamon etc. are added to make the food delicious . Taste of food comes when you add spices in them.spicy food is both , healthy and unhealthy.When eaten in limit, spicy food has many health benefits like, weight loss,improves heart health,prevents cancer in some cases,improves blood flow,dissolve blood clots etc.Every thing is best in moderation but sometimes we just cross the limits.No, doubt spicy foods are very tasty and because of there so much good taste ,people eat them in excess amount sometimes,which is not good for stomach and also some times health or sometimes the food cooked in our homes is so spicy that eating small amount of it creates stomach problems.It can cause many problems like stomach ache,stomach gas,digestion problems,stomach burn,irritates skin etc.So the question arises is that , how to digest that excess amount of spices ...
