Acne/Pimples and their Reasons
Acne is the most common skin disease, in which small grains are formed on skin(mostly on face)filled with thick yellowish fluid in it called pus.It is harmless skin disease but it leaves scars,most common and most irritating problem in teenagers life.It occurs mostly at the time of puberty in everyone's life.Genetics(hormones) are the reasons for acne in more than 80% of cases.Other reasons for acne are oily or dirty skin,clogged hair follicles(small holes on skin from where hair grows) by dead skin cells and skin oil or bacterial infection.Sometimes sebaceous gland secretes more oil(sebum) in body(actually it is good for skin in many ways)which causes acne.Emotional stress is another reason for acne,the glands which produces emotional stress are the same glads to produce sebum(oil)in body.They mostly grows on face,chest,back and shoulders.Dehydration is also a reason for acne,when you get dehydrated ,number of dead skin cells increases in body.There are many ways to cure acne some are medical and some are natural.Medical ways can have side effects but natural ways doesn't have any side effects.
Some natural ways to fight acne
1-Drink lots of water

2-Washing face
Washing face with water 5-6 times a day is a good habit to decrease acne causes.Washing face will clean the skin and clogged pores.Do not use soap very often as it will make your face dry and will give more dead skin cells.Use lukewarm or cold water to wash face.
3-Tomato and potato paste
Making a paste with tomato and potato will work as a natural face pack to fight skin and it will also make the skin glowing.Blend potato and tomato in a jar and make a paste,Apply the paste on clean skin and wait for dry,then wash the face with cold water and pat dry with clean towel.
4-Aloe vera
Take some aloe vera and remove remove its upper skin now apply it on your face and rub it gently.Keep the paste applied for 5 minuets,now wash it with cold water and pat dry with clean towel.
5-Lemon
Lemon is the best option for acne as lemon will kill the bacteria and will clean the skin.Do not apply lemon directly on the skin,dilute it (mix it with water)and apply with cotton.Keep it for 1-2 min and then wash out with lukewarm water and pat dry your face.
6-Honey Cinnamon paste
Make a paste with honey and cinnamon.Take a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon.Mix it well and now apply it on skin for at least 5 minuets.Now wash it with cold water and pet dry with clean towel.
7-Green tea
Make a cup of green tea and let it cool down.Now wash your face with the tea and pat dry your face.
8-Mint

9-Avoid oily/fried food
Eating oily/fried food will increase the quantity of oil in body,due to which you will have oily skin and it will trigger the possibilities of having more pimples.
