Food which is made by adding spices in them is spicy food.When spices like pepper(black or red),coriander,cumin,cinnamon etc. are added to make the food delicious .Taste of food comes when you add spices in them.spicy food is both , healthy and unhealthy.When eaten in limit, spicy food has many health benefits like, weight loss,improves heart health,prevents cancer in some cases,improves blood flow,dissolve blood clots etc.Every thing is best in moderation but sometimes we just cross the limits.No, doubt spicy foods are very tasty and because of there so much good taste ,people eat them in excess amount sometimes,which is not good for stomach and also some times health or sometimes the food cooked in our homes is so spicy that eating small amount of it creates stomach problems.It can cause many problems like stomach ache,stomach gas,digestion problems,stomach burn,irritates skin etc.So the question arises is that , how to digest that excess amount of spices easily-

Lukewarm drinks

Lukewarm drinks after having meal is a good choice to help the body to boost digestion process.Lukewarm fluids increases the heat in stomach and helps in break downing the food nutrients easily.

Adequate Sleep

Sleeping is the best option for the body for repair and recovery process.While sleeping the body goes in rest and it uses its most of the energy for digestion.

Drinking  a glass of water before every meal

Drinking a glass of water 20 or 25 minuets before having the meal is actually boots the metabolism.When you drink water,the stomach comes in action from rest , and having meal after some time is actually easy digestible for the stomach.

Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water actually keeps the stomach healthy and stabilize and it helps in good digestion process .Drinking lots of water keeps the blood circulation good and improves metabolism

Slow eating

Eat food by chewing it good.It is found that people who east too quickly have more digestion problems than those who eat slowly.Good chewing of food before swallowing it  is helpful in digestion.

Wear loose cloths while eating

Wearing tight cloths during having your meal creates a tension in  the stomach as the stomach is covered with tight cloths ,due to which it cannot work properly and creates problems in digestion.
