
Weight loss is all about your diet and nutrition.If you do not have a proper and healthy diet then these drinks are not gonna work.These drinks can be bad in taste but do not add anything like salt and sugar or any other thing for taste in it.These drinks are mostly effective in the morning,before breakfast and they do not show result overnight.They takes some time to show results,if you consume it daily otherwise they doesn't work.
1-Water
Water is the first and most effective drink for weight loss and it is easily available and free of cost.Weight loss or weight gain is all about all about calories.If some one consumes more calories then he/she burns then they will surely gain weight.This doesn't mean that you should starve all the time,so its solution is water.Yes,you heard me right.Water is calorie free,it means water has zero calories in it.So no matter how much water you drink,it will not add calories to your body.Every time you feel hungry,you eat something and it leads to weight gain.But if you drink a lots of water throughout the day they you will not feel hungry again and again and it will not add calories to your body and water has many other health benefits too.Do not drink very cold water as it is bad for health,drink water with moderate temperature.Start you day with a glass of lukewarm water because it will be more helpful for weight loss and drink a glass of lukewarm water after dinner,it will boost your metabolism and will be helpful for weight loss.
2-Lemon drink

Lemon is also helpful for weight loss,if consumed in the morning or before breakfast.Take 250 ml(a glass) water and heat it.Make sure that you do not boil it,make it lukewarm.Now squeeze a lemon in a cup and pour the lukewarm water in it.Your weight loss lemon drink is ready.Now drink it .if you drink this daily in the morning then surely you will loose weight.
3-Honey drink
Honey is very useful for weight loss.Honey is a natural sugar and is low in calories so it is helpful in weight loss.One tablespoon in a day before breakfast is enough.Make a drink with 1 tablespoon of honey.Heat a glass of water and make it lukewarm.Add a tablespoon of honey in it and stir well.You can add a slice of lemon in it for better results.Now drink it before having your breakfast.Repeat this daily and make a habit of it.This will definitely cut your fat and will make you look slim and fit.
4-Black Coffee 
Coffee is best for weight loss and melting body fat.But most of the people may doesn't know that how to drink or make it fir weight loss.People may think that it is coffee,make it however you want ,it will definitely loose your body weight(they add milk and sugar in it).Always drink a black coffee ,if your goal is weight loss.Take a table spoon of coffee and pour it in a coffee mug.Now heat 250-300 ml water(do not boil it).After it becomes lukewarm ,pour it in the coffee mug and stir it for 30-40 seconds.Now your black coffee is ready.Drink it(by sipping) before it gets cold.
5-Ginger tea
This sounds great right.People may think that they always add ginger in their regular tea but they never knew that it results weight loss.No it is not like that.Ginger tea is different from adding ginger in regular tea.For weight loss ,you have to make it in proper way.Take a little piece of ginger and make it juicy by grinding it.Now put it in a pot and they boil it for 3-4 minuets.After boiling the water and ginger filter the ginger out it in a cup.Now add a slice of lemon(optional) in it.Your weight loss ginger tea is ready.Sip it completely.
6-Bottle Gourd juice/Lauki juice
A glass of bottle gourd juice daily in the morning in empty stomach is very effective for weight loss.Bottle gourd juice is used in ayurveda for weight loss.Peel the skin of bottle gourd and cut it in small pieces.Now put them in a grinder and add a little bit of water and a pinch of black salt in it(optional).Now grind it and filter out the juice in a glass and drink it.It is very healthy for stomach and for weight loss also.
7-Green tea
