What are toxins?

Toxins are something which harms body.Toxins are waste materials presented in body.Toxins are of two types,one is produced by our body and other one we add in our meals or consume other way.Production of toxins in our body is a natural which is produces after the digestion of our food,and our body fights it naturally by taking out waste.There is another type of toxins which is basically found in our food products as the foods we are eating today are highly processed and filled with chemicals.Toxins can create many problems like weight gain,skin problems,stomach ache,bad breath,impure blood circulation that is why detoxification is very important for healthy lifestyle.

What is detoxification?

Detoxification means removing toxins from body.Detoxification is also known as a process when body removes waste material.Basically our detoxify itself but when there is an accommodation of waste of toxins in our body then we need to boost our detoxifying process.As intoxication is very dangerous for our health,we need to detoxify our body daily.The best time for detoxification is in the morning in an empty stomach.When body detoxifies itself,it removes blood impurities and makes blood clean.



Detoxing foods

1-Fruit(high liquid) and mostly apple

2-Green vegetables

3-Garlic

4-Raw vegetables(onion , carrot,radish,cauliflower,cabbage)

5-Nuts and seeds

6-Ginger

7-Lemon

8-Turmeric

9-Lentils(Boiled)




Detoxifying Drinks

There are several drinks that detoxifies body and you can replace it with your regular morning tea.

1-Lemon 

Take 250-300 ml water and heat it in a bowl till it gets lukewarm.Now squeeze a lemon in it and stir it with a spoon.Now sip it.It will detoxify your body and will make you feel fresh.

2-Ginger-Turmeric tea

Take a small piece of ginger and grind it.Now take a bowl and put the ginger in it and add 200-250 ml water in it.Add halt teaspoon of turmeric in it and let it boil for 3-4 min.Now filter the tea in a cup and sip it like your morning tea.

3-Lemon-Ginger tea

Grind a a small piece of ginger in a bowl and add water in it now squeeze a lemon in it and boil it for some time.Sip it for amazing health results.

4-Orange,Apple,Carrot juice

Take out orange,carrot and ginger juice in a bowl and add some black slat in it(exceptional) just for taste.Drink it in the morning in an empty stomach daily to purify your blood.

5-Ginger-Mint 

Take a piece of ginger and grind it in a jar, now add some fresh mint leaves in it.Add 250 ml water in it and put it overnight. Drink it at the morning before having your breakfast.

Some Detoxifying/blood purifying tips-

1-Drink a lots of water about 7-9 liter.

2-Exercise and stretch everyday.

3-Sleep at lest 7-8 hours.

4-Eat raw vegetable with your meal like onion,radish.

5-Stay tension and stress free.

6-Drink a glass of water 20-25 min before your meal.

7-Eat more natural food instead of refined or processed food.

8-Eat more fiber rich foods.

9-First drink at lest 1 liter water in morning .
