Common cold

The worst and common problem in  human's life.It is a viral disease generated by more than 150-200 type of viruses.In the most cases ,common cold is caused by a virus known as rhinovirus .Rhinovirus proliferates(increased in number very quickly) in a temperature between 30 to 35 degree Celsius temperature.This virus is found in nose,which creates irritation and  in nose and sneezing.This is the reason ,why a person suffering from common cold sneezes a lot.This disease is more seen in winter season ,due to low environmental temperature.There are many reasons for common cold,like lack of sleep,weak immune system and also stress(psychological).There is no medication for common cold,so we need to take some prevention to avoid it like,never touch eyes or nose without washing hands because unwashed hands contains bacteria(if any

physical contact with infected person ,suffering from common cold ) and it can cause common cold,stay away from  infected people,use a face mask while going out as dust can cause sneezing and it can lead to common cold.People can take cautions but can not treat it medically. Common cold is not only sneezing but also it brings runny nose,nasal blocking,body pain headache or irritating throat etc.There are many ways to get relief from common cold,but it can not be prevented or cured permanently.


Quick relief from common cold  

1-Lukewarm Drinks

Lukewarm drinks are the 1st and most effective home remedy for common cold.But you can not drink any thing,which means that , your drink should be healthy like,plain lukewarm water,black coffee,green tea,warm lemon water and do not add sugar or salt in any of these drink.

2-Inhale water steam

It is very effective solution  for common cold.Do not inhale steam of boiling water as is may burn your nose.Try to add something like vicks .While doing this you can cover your head with a towel so that more steam can reach  in your  nose.

3-Drinking water

Drinking water can be helpful in common cold as water will hydrate you and will make your nose clear.Staying hydrated keeps you fit and disease free and it is very helpful in common cold.

4-Ginger

Ginger is very helpful in common cold.Drinking a hot green tea is more effective in common cold.Grind a small piece of ginger,add some water in it and boil it.You ginger tea is ready.Drink it for instant relief from common cold.

5-Honey

A table spoon of honey is very beneficial for common cold.It will work better if you add a tablespoon of honey in a lukewarm water and then sip it.

6-Milk and turmeric

A glass of hot milk with turmeric is healthy and effective for common cold.


7-Spicy tea

Grind ocimum(tulsi),cinnamon and black pepper ,add a cup of water in it
