Some Muscle Building Concepts


Muscle building is the best part for those who hits the gym.But in many cases people found that their muscle is not building,or it or shrinking after workout or softening.These all type of problems arises in every guy's mind,who is trying to build muscles.For muscle building you need to be focused towards  your workout and nutrition,otherwise you will not get any results.Many people starts going gym randomly and after few day complains that they are facing problems related to muscles or not getting results and then stops working out by giving such crappy excuses.Many people are interested in muscle building but few are aware about them,so in this article these problems will be discussed and solved.

Muscle shrinks after workout

During workout muscles appear big.That's cool,but after sometime they shrink which is not so cool.So,what the  problem is that the muscle shrinks after workout.The truth is that there is no problem at all.Muscles appears big during workout due to a scientific reason,and the reason is that during workout body transfers blood in muscles and after workout blood flows out.This is the reason of muscles appearing small after workout.This is temporary reason of muscle shrink.Muscle will grow after you sleep and rest after having a healthy diet.

Muscle appears small in the morning

This is also a one of the issues that people faces during muscle building.In the morning the muscles appear small and the body looks more leaner.But after having your breakfast it looks bigger then the earlier time.This is also temporary and the reason behind it is that during the night time your body gets dehydrated .So when you look at your body in the morning ,muscles appear small and you look more lean.After having you breakfast and water it comes in its normal shape and size.

Muscle cramps

The sudden contraction in muscle which causes heavy pain is known as muscle cramp.This is also temporary pain,it can be fixed by adjusting the desired muscle in relaxation position for some time.Muscle cramp happens when you over train a muscle or gives muscle strain or may hold a in same  position for a long time.Dehydration is also a reason for muscle cramps,so drink adequate water to restrict muscle cramps.Always remember to stretch your muscles after workout as it will lower the risk of muscle cramps. 


Less results after workout

There are many people who says that they are getting less results.First thing muscle building needs patience.Sometimes people expect too much then they actually work,this is the reason for some cases that they are not getting good result.If someone is working out hard and still not getting results then the reason can be their nutrition.For muscle building eat more,but do not eat junk foods,eat healthy foods.Eat some carbs after workout.Eat more calories then you burn for muscle building but always watch that the calories are coming from which food.

Drinking water during workout

This is the very much talk able topic for gym guys.Many people believe that drinking water during workout is bad as it may cause illness  or not drinking water during water will make the workout session more intense.This is false thing,drinking water during workout is the best time.If someone don't drink water during workout then the body will get dehydrated and will lead to many problems like risk of muscle cramps.If you are doing heavy weight training then always drink water between sets.But always sip it between sets,do not drink a lot at a time.Because drinking lots of water will make the stomach full and will make it hard to workout.Always sip the quantity.

Muscle pain

Muscle pain during and after workout is normal.During workout people feel pain in muscles,this happens because you train a muscle more than its capability.This type of pain is normal and temporary.It increases the muscle strength and endurance.People who start working out for the first time feels muscle pain for several days like 5-6,it is also normal and it is a symbol that you are training correctly.For example if you are not feeling pain in your bicep muscle in your starting days of your workout,instead of it you are feeling pain in other places in your hand then like joints or bones,then you are not training in correct way.

Post workout meal

Post workout meal is the most important factor for muscle building and this is the main reason in some cases for less or no gain.People should not eat anything they want in their post workout,they need to fuel their muscles according to muscle's need.During workout you burn glucose from your body so your body needs carbohydrates,eat some simple (healthy) carbs as they are quickly absorbed by the body.But before carbs have your protein as protein is the main source of muscle building. If you skip carbs after workout then body will use protein as fuel and it will create problem for muscle building.
